Volunteer with Mamma's Hands

Volunteers are always needed at Mamma's Hands. Whether you are one person or a whole company, there is a way for you to help. If you can spare one hour or all day, you can make a difference in someone's life.

      Volunteer Awards

Since 1996, the Gregory award has been given to outstanding volunteers. It is a scholarship awarded annually and named after the Gregory family.

The “Gregory award” was named for the Gregory family because of their giving spirit and their strong commitment to the success of our street program. The Gregory family has been playing an an important role at Mamma’s Hands since the first week of operations.

The 2001 Gregory award went to Morgan Shaver. She took an active role in the Phone Home program, and at her school raised awareness of Mamma's Hands and its mission.
